Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items sold as sets (e.g., cushion covers, bowls with spoons) must be returned as a complete set.

Timelines to Remember
- For Damaged or Incorrect Products: Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video for verification. This is mandatory to process return & exchange.
- For General Returns or Exchanges: Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

- Refund Days: The refunded amount will be credited in 5-7 days to your original payment method.

- Exchange Delivery Days: The exchanged product will be delivered in 7-10 days.

Conditions We Cannot Accept
- Products that are exactly as ordered and delivered in perfect condition.
- Items returned after the specified timelines.
- Products that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Certain items such as bath mats, custom-made products, or others clearly marked as non-returnable.

Charges and Customer Responsibility
- Exchanges for a Different Product: A nominal fee of ₹500 per item will be charged, along with any applicable price differences.
- Approved Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Products: Paudha Home will cover the return shipping costs.
